Scott Smith founded Fedharmony to bridge the gap between agencies wanting to order products through GSA and suppliers unfamiliar with the GSA process. Instead of working as a consultant, Scott became a Prime Contractor to handle the process directly.
With 12 years of experience supporting federal agencies—including GSA FAS as a contractor PMP—Scott understands both industry and government operations. His career highlights include launching Rawlings Sporting Goods’ MLB baseball factory in Costa Rica as Director of Total Quality Management and overseeing outsourced manufacturing under NAFTA. Scott holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from NC State.
