About Us

Scott Smith founded Fedharmony to bridge the gap between agencies wanting to order products through GSA and suppliers unfamiliar with the GSA process. Instead of working as a consultant, Scott became a Prime Contractor to handle the process directly.

With 12 years of experience supporting federal agencies—including GSA FAS as a contractor PMP—Scott understands both industry and government operations. His career highlights include launching Rawlings Sporting Goods’ MLB baseball factory in Costa Rica as Director of Total Quality Management and overseeing outsourced manufacturing under NAFTA. Scott holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from NC State.

 With 26 years of experience as a USAF veteran, Keith has led teams in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. He holds a BA in Transportation and Logistics Management, providing a strong academic foundation to complement his extensive hands-on expertise.

After his military service, Keith moved into the corporate sector, where he managed break pack, packing, and automation operations for over 80 retail outlets. Since joining Fedharmony in 2019, Keith has leveraged his military and private sector experience to meet federal procurement needs, making significant contributions to navigating complex contracts and government requirements.

 Lorena Mathis has been a Vehicle and Equipment Subject Matter Expert for Fedharmony since October 2018 and currently operates out of Panama City, Florida.

Lorena is a seasoned 22 year USAF Veteran with experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Vehicle Fleet Management, Production Management, Vehicle Maintenance Management, and Federal Law Enforcement Budgetary and Logistics Requirements. 

Tiffany is a seasoned professional at the intersection of finance and government contracting. Joining Fedharmony in 2020, she excels in creating meticulous government proposals, project management and showcasing the company's capabilities. Additionally, she adeptly manages professional relationships, ensuring strategic collaborations and partnerships essential to Fedharmony's success. 

Tiffany's passion for excellence and deep industry knowledge make her a vital asset, driving Fedharmony's growth and reinforcing its position as a leader in government contracting. 

 Savannah is a versatile professional with a strong foundation in English Literature and Classics. A proud graduate of James Madison University, she brings a wealth of experience in the professional editing of various written forms, including those of a professional, scholarly, technical, and creative nature. 

Savannah is instrumental in managing documents and ensuring effective communication with Fedharmony's valued customers and end users. Her dedication and enthusiasm significantly contribute to the overall success and positive image of our organization. 

With 38 years military and civil service experience, Ray is a retired USAF C MSgt who spent his entire 30-year career in fleet maintenance and management and ultimately rose to the level of HQ Command Fleet Manager. Upon retirement from the Air Force he transferred his skills to GSA. He ultimately advanced to the role of Fleet Operations Branch chief responsible for the maintenance and management of over 200,000 lease vehicles for federal agencies. 

Upon retirement from Civil Service in 2016, Ray joined Fedharmony and fulfills the role of Subject Matter Expert and Inspection Manager assuring the products we provide are what the buyers get what they need and want
